Aurigny Air Services, commonly referred to as Aurigny, is the flag carrier airline of Guernsey which is located at Guernsey Airport (GCI) in the Channel Islands. It is wholly owned by the States of Guernsey.
In February 2016, Aurigny launched a new route from Barcelona to Guernsey.
Aurigny Air Services operates passenger services between the Channel Islands, Northern France and the United Kingdom. Aurigny Air Services flies to many destinations including Alderney, Guernsey, Dinard/Saint-Mao, Grenoble, Bristol, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, London, Manchester and Southampton.
Aurigny's fleet consists of ATR 42s, ATR 72, Dornier, Embraers and RUAG to transport passengers around the UK and the Channel Islands.
Aurigny is one of the longest serving regional airlines in the world and is the 2nd oldest established airline in Britain after Loganair.

Baggage Policy
The carry-on and checked baggage allowance rules for Aurigny are different depending on the route.
Carry-on Baggage
For routes between Alderney - Southampton; Alderney - Guernsey; Guernsey - Dinard, UK - Alderney, and Dinard - Guernsey:
The airline allows 2 items of hand luggage per passenger weighing up to 10kg. One piece of hand luggage must fit into the overhead locker, with the overall dimensions of 55cm x 36cm x 20cm. The other item must fit underneath the seat in front, with the overall dimensions of 35cm x 25cm x 20cm.
For travel between Alderney - Dinard, and connecting flights via Guernsey:
The airline allows one piece of hand luggage with the overall dimensions 35cm x 25cm x 20cm and a total the weight of 6kg which would fit underneath the seat in front.
Checked Baggage
The airline allows passengers check-in 1 piece of checked baggage weighing up to 20kg except for flights between Alderney - Southampton and Guernsey-Dinard where the allowance is 15kg.
Passengers paying for a flexible ticket between Guernsey and the UK have a 30kg allowance.

Economy Class is the only cabin class that Aurigny offers. The airline offers a warm and friendly service.

Passengers buy a range of snacks (savoury and sweet)and beverages (including hot, cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic). All food and drink are served by the airline's cabin crew, who will offer passengers the opportunity to purchase refreshments after take-off.
As the airline only operates short-haul flights, there's no in-flight entertainment system installed on the aircraft nor is there any Wi-Fi connectivity available onboard. Passengers may be provided with an in-flight magazine on certain routes.

Seats are set out in either a 1 x 1, 2 x 2, or 3 x 3 formation, depending on the route and aircraft flown on. All seats are designed to provide a relaxing and spacious journey.

Online and airport check-in is available for Aurigny. Check-in times vary depending on the airport and route which you're flying.
Online Check-In
Online check-in is available through the Aurigny online check-in page. To check-in online, passengers must enter their booking reference and full name. Web check-in opens 72 hours before the scheduled time of departure and is available on all flights with the exception of those routes operated by our Dornier aircraft (Southampton - Alderney/return and Guernsey-Alderney/return).
Web check-in closes 1 hour before the scheduled time of departure on all flights departing Guernsey for UK and Jersey flights, and all flights departing Gatwick, Southampton & Jersey for Guernsey.
Web check-in closes 3 hours before the scheduled time of departure for flights departing all other UK airports for Guernsey.
Airport Check-In
Alderney and Guernsey check-in opens 2 hours before departure time and London Gatwick check-in opens 2.30 hours before departure time.
Bristol, East Midlands, Grenoble, Leeds/Bradford, London Stansted, Manchester, Norwich check-in desks open 2.15 hours before departure time.
Jersey and Southampton check-in desks open 90 minutes before departure time.
Food & Drink
SkySnacks
Aurigny provides a small in-flight service onboard its aircraft. The SkySnacks menu consists of a selection of crisps and pretzels, chocolates and sweets and both hot and cold beverages such as wine, cider, beer and soft drinks.
Frequent Flyer Program
Aurigny FrequentFlyer
Aurigny Frequent Flyer is a frequent Flyer program designed to reward regular travellers with Aurigny Air Services.
Any Aurigny Frequent Flyer member can invite up to six additional family members to join a Household Account (making a total of 7 members including the Primary Member).
A Household Account enables each member to earn Award Points and to pool Award Points with the other members of the account and use them on scheduled flights with Aurigny.
All bookings (earn or redemptions) must be made by the Primary Member.
