Antrak Air has ceased operations as of 2012. Please take a look at the alternative airlines below that fly similar routes to Antrak Air.

About Antrak Air

Antrak Air was a Ghanaian airline that was headquartered in Accra, Ghana. It was established in 2003 and specialised in operating domestic and regional flights within West Africa. The company was recognised for its provision of scheduled passenger services, along with charter flights for diverse purposes.

The airline maintained a fleet primarily consisting of turboprop aircraft, including models like the ATR 42 and ATR 72, which were well-suited for short-distance and regional routes. These planes had the capability to land on smaller runways, enabling convenient access to airports in remote or less developed regions.

Unfortunately, in 2012, Antrak Air ceased operations.

Baggage Allowance

Please remember that Antrak Air ceased all operations in 2012 and these were their baggage restrictions, when they were operating.

Carry-on Baggage

Previously, when Antrak Air was operational, passengers were allowed to carry one piece of cabin baggage and a personal item like a briefcase, camera bag, or small backpack on board. The cabin baggage had to fit either in the Antrak Air overhead bins or under the seat in front of the passenger.

The dimensions for carry-on baggage was a maximum combined width, length, and height of 114 centimeters, inclusive of any wheels and handles. There were exceptions for certain musical instruments that could be accommodated in the Antrak Air overhead compartment or under-seat space available during the boarding process. It's important to note that Antrak Air is no longer in service.

Checked Baggage

Antrak Air's standard checked baggage or hold luggage policy allowed passengers to check in 2 bags as a standard, with the option to check more bags. The checked baggage had to adhere to specific dimensions, with a maximum of 62 inches or 157cm for the combined length, width, and height. Additionally, the maximum weight for each checked bag was set at 23 kilograms.

Excessive baggage fees were applicable for any checked baggage exceeding the standard limits outlined in the policy.
