To be able to use Atome’s services, you’ll need to meet the following conditions:

- Have a mobile phone number which must be registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco
- Own a credit or debit card that will be used to pay for purchases on Atome
Do I need a credit card?
No, Atome accepts both debit and credit cards, so you can choose whichever card you’re more comfortable with.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. You’ll only pay the price you see at checkout - that’s the total cost of your basket, without any additional interest charged. That’s right, no interest, no fees. The only additional cost that you might incur is a fixed late repayment fee if you are late with a payment, but that is a one-time fee and never snowballs. If you make your payments on time, the only cost you’ll pay is the cost of your basket.
How do I know how much I need to pay and when?
Atome (Singapore and Malaysia) will split the total sum of your checkout basket into 3 equal instalments which are automatically charged to the debit or credit card linked to your Atome account. The same goes for Atome Malaysia users who wish to spread the cost of their flights over 6 months. This means that you won’t have to worry about missing a payment, as long as you ensure you have money in your bank account for when it is needed. Atome will send a copy of your payment schedule by email, so you know when you’ll need to have the money in your account; you can even pay in advance if you want to. You can also download the Atome app, to help manage your account.
Can I use Atome for flights to Singapore?
Yes! You can use Atome for any of the airlines that fly to Singapore. This includes Singapore Airlines, which is the national flag carrier of Singapore and is headquartered at Changi Airport.
Can I use Atome to book flights to Malaysia?
