About Dominican Wings

Dominican Wings was a Caribbean carrier based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. After operating charter flights, in 2018, the carrier announced its plans to operate as a low-cost airline. While the airport base and routes that the airline will fly to and from are yet to be announced, the airline is expected to undertake services throughout the Caribbean.

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

All Dominican Wings passengers were permitted one small personal item - this could include a backpack, purse or computer bag. The personal item could not be larger than 40 x 25 x 20cm and weigh no more than 6kg.

1 piece of carry-on baggage was allowed per passenger. This couldn't exceed the maximum dimensions of 56 x 46 x 25cm and weigh no more than 12kg.

To check-in at the airport for your Dominican Wings flight, you would need to do so at the dedicated check-in counters which would be open 3 hours before the scheduled departure time and close 1 hour before takeoff.

Cabin Classes

As a low-cost carrier, Dominican Wings only offered one cabin class - Economy. Passengers would have had standard seating and basic in-flight services.
