Air Iveria is a new airline venture to be based in Georgia and aiming to launch operations in 2024. Air Iveria was established in 2023 by Irakli Giorgobiani and Tengiz Tkeshelashvili with a vision to create a strong and reliable airline that would contribute to Georgia's economy and tourism sector.
Air Iveria plans to start operations with a fleet of 3 Airbus aircraft. Its specific destinations haven't been announced yet, however, it will likely include routes within Georgia, neighbouring countries and key European cities.
The new airline is still in the process of securing the necessary approvals and completing operational preparations for its upcoming 2024 launch. It has already secured UK landing slots, showing its intent to serve European destinations.
Baggage Policy

Carry-on Baggage
Air Iveria might allow passengers to bring one piece of carry-on baggage and one personal item, not exceeding a combined weight of 10kg. The maximum dimensions of the carry-on bag may not exceed 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
Checked Baggage
Air Iveria may offer checked baggage as part of its base fare. When it launches, it may allow passengers to bring 1-2 pieces of checked baggage, each weighing no more than 23kg.
Cabin Classes
There is no official confirmation yet on what cabin classes Air Iveria will offer, however, it may offer either a single Economy Class cabin or both Economy and Business Class.
Check-In
Air Iveria hasn't launched yet and hasn't announced what its check-in procedure will consist of.
It may offer online check-in, however, if it doesn't, you will need to check in at the airport through Air Iveria's dedicated check-in desks.

Air Iveria hasn't announced what airport it will use as its hub yet however, it is highly likely it will be based at Tbilisi International Airport. Tbilisi International Airport is the busiest international airport in Georgia.
The airport opened in 1981, originally as Novo Alexeyevka International Airport, with two terminals - Terminal 1 is mostly for international flights while Terminal 2 is for domestic flights. Tbilisi International Airport serves over 80 airlines, offering routes to over 50 destinations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
