Yesterday we visited the London HQ of the national carrier of Thailand - Thai. Thai has a world renowned reputation for wonderfully warm on-board service and its true to say that the welcome we received reflected this airline & national characteristic.

It’s always good to come away from a meeting with a smile on your face and where the dicussions have been frequently punctuated by mutual laughter!

It is clear that Thai already have a very well established share of the market to their home airport of Bangkok, but we are hoping to be able to help them increase their market share to growing onward destinations such as Vietnam (already one of our most popular routings); Indonesia (likewise) Australia (where Thai have route extension possibilities with Virgin Blue) , New Zealand and probably China.
