Holidaymakers with a taste for the great outdoors and sweeping vistas may want to consider booking Precision Air flights to Africa this summer.
Earlier this month, the World Tourism Barometer report from the United Nations World Tourism Organisation found that many people are already opting for this kind of break.
It revealed that international arrivals to sub Saharan Africa rose by 13 per cent in the first two months of the year compared with the same period in 2010.
The World Economic Forum's Travel & Tourism Index published in March also highlighted the growing interest in Tanzania, with the country rising 12 places against its 2009 position.
According to a recent piece in Hello! magazine, the Serengeti National Park is one of the best places in the world to watch the sunset.
"People who have had the good fortune to visit the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania say that until you've seen the sun set over the great orange plains you haven't lived," it stated.
