Jetsetters planning a trip around south-east Asia might find it easier to travel in the area now that Vietnam Airlines is to add extra flights to certain destinations.
The carrier announced plans to start offering new direct trips to Kuala Lumpur from Hanoi.
Those planning to book Vietnam Airlines flights to Singapore may also have more options to choose from as the company revealed that in the next two months there will be additional services to the country.
Bangkok is also set to receive a greater influx of passengers as a result of the extra flights.
According to the airline, the number of routes on the firm's network will rise to 45 international locations on the new schedule.
Earlier this month, Vietnam Airlines announced that its fleet would be expanded over the next four years to 104 planes, according to a Nguoi Lao Dong article cited by Thanh Nien News.
