USA 3000 Airlines is an airline in the US offering flights to holiday destinations in Florida and the Caribbean region.

USA 3000 is a scheduled airline based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. It began life in 2001 as a charter airline and gained scheduled status in 2002 with operations from Philadelphia to the popular holiday destinations of Ft. Myers, Fort Lauderdale and St Petersburg in Florida. Today USA 3000 has a high frequency of flights from eight cities in NE America to some of the prime vacation destinations in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Bermuda and of course Florida (where it operates to no less than six airports). There are plans to extend the network to Central America in 2009 with the introduction of flights to Liberia in Costa Rica.

USA3000 Airlines flies a fleet of 12 Airbus A320 jet aircraft that are configured with 168 seats in a single-class configuration, a further two aircraft will be leased and the airline is also due to take delivery of a further nine new aircraft in 2008.
