Holidaymakers could be even more eager to book Transaero flights to Russia in the coming years in light of the plans to build a large theme park outside of the country's capital.
Plans for Magic World Russia reveal that the establishment will span 600 acres and be situated just 50 km from the city, which may mean flights to Moscow become even more popular.
According to the consortium behind the project there will be a number of internationally-recognised brands opening hotels at the park, as well as a Hollywood studio centre.
It is believed that Disney or Universal Studios may also be establishing a base at the entertainment site.
Gennady Moshkovich, chairman and chief executive officer of Moschanko Investment Group - which announced the project - commented: "Everyone involved with Magic World Russia is committed to creating a magical experience for kids and their families as well as a unique, world class resort."
In the meantime, visitors to Moscow on Transaero flights can enjoy cultural experiences at venues such as the Moscow International House of Music and the Moscow Art Theatre.
