Individuals in the fashion industry look set to book Transaero flights in October so they can participate in Russian Fashion Week.

Flights to Moscow may be booked up during this event, which will be held at the World Trade Centre in the capital.

The annual gathering for fashion executives, magazine editors and celebrities gets underway on October 15th and draws to a close five days later.

As one of the world's ten major fashion weeks, the event in Russia is likely to see a number of high profile names book flights to Moscow.

Among the designers set to showcase their works at the Mercedes Benz-sponsored festival of fashion are Russia's Alex Katasonov and Dasha Gausa and Farah Khan of Malaysia.

International designers from locations such as Italy, India, Uzbekhistan and Spain are also signed up to participate.

Another major Fashion Week is held in London and this will take place between September 16th and 21st.
