Among the high profile stars set to play during the event are Lucinda Williams and Steve Earle and the Duke and Duchesses.
A variety of venues will be used to put on the performances, including Canada Place, the Capilano Performing Arts Theatre and the Roundhouse - Exhibition Hall.
The events taking place at the latter will all be free, so those who plan to watch the Brad Turner Quartet, The Big Much, Kevin Elaschuk Quartet and Quatouor Andre Lachance will not have to pay for the shows.
