Taro, Romania's state-owned airline, is launching a new service on December 7th 2009, between Bucharest and Belgrade. The flight will operate three times weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday using an ATR 42-500 aircraft. During 2009 TAROM introduced direct services to 11 new destinations including Amsterdam, Bari, Dubrovnik, Lyon, Geneva, Salzburg, Strasbourg, Venice, Zurich, Budapest and Belgrade.
