

SpiceJet, the dynamic Indian low cost carrier, has launched a new route between its base in New Delhi to the historical city of Nanded. The first flight will operate on April 19, 2012 using a Boeing 737 aircraft and will fly four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Nanded is an ancient city of special importance to the Sikh faith. With a great cultural heritage, Nanded is a special city being the birth place of important poets like Vishnupant Sesa and Raguhunath Sesa and Vaman Pandit as well as being a Centre for learning Sanskrit.
