The airline operates over 2,400 flights each day and is the largest airline in the US by number of passengers carried when combining all of its flights from each individual airline that it operates for. The airline primarily offers flights from each of Alaska's, American Airlines', Delta's and United's hub airports to smaller airports across North America.

Flybe is one of seven carriers that fly on under the American Eagle brand, with the other airlines being Piedmont AirlinesPSA Airlines, Compass Airways, MESA AirlinesEnvoy Air and Republic Airline.

SkyWest Airlines has codeshare agreements with Delta, United, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines and US Airways. These code-sharing agreements allow SkyWest Airlines to operate as United Express, Delta Connection, American Eagle, and Alaska Airlines brands. Delta, United, Alaska Airlines, and American Airlines provide reservations, ticket sales, ground support services, and gate access while SkyWest Airlines handles the flight operations.

Destinations

Sky West operates flights to over 200 cities in the US on behalf of Alaska, Delta, United and American Eagle. Common destinations that it flies to for every airline include Albuquerque, Boise, Burbank, Fresno, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Reno, Milwaukee, Omaha and Tuscon.

In addition, the airline flies to more than 10 international destinations in Canada and Mexico.

Overall, the airline flies to more than 80 destinations for American Eagle, more than 30 for Alaska Airlines, over 160 each for Delta and United.
