Travellers with Cubana flights booked to the Caribbean this summer may want to head to Jibacoa Beach in August for the Rotilla Festival.
The event - which was first held in 1998 - is free and is a celebration of electronic music and avant-garde art in Cuba.
Holidaymakers who make their way to the gathering after taking Cubana flights to the city will be able to enjoy three days and nights of activities and music.
According to its online portal, the goal of the event is the "promotion of new artistic and civic values within the country".
In addition to music and art, attendees may also be able to watch some street theatre and experimental cinema while at the festival.
August may be a great time to visit the Cuban capital, as it is also the month in which the Havana Carnival is held.
Parades may be seen on the Malecon and there will be music, dancing and fireworks.
