Qatar Airways, the expanding national carrier of the State of Qatar, has launched a new daily service from its base in Doha to the capital of Rwanda’s Kigali International Airport. The new services start on March 21 and will operate via Uganda's capital, Entebbe.
Qatar are also planning further routes later in 2012 from Doha to popular leisure destinations Mombasa, Zanzibar and Kilimanjaro.
Qatar Airways currently has a growing fleet of 106 aircraft including both Airbuses and Boeings. The airline was recognized as the World's Best Airline at the 2011 World Airline Awards. Alternative Airlines is a specialist in cheap flights to, from and within East Africa.
