Pluna Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas S.A. was the flag carrier of Uruguay. The airline was headquartered in Carrasco, Montevideo and operated flights within South America and scheduled cargo and charter services from its hub at Carrasco International Airport.

Pluna commenced its operations in November 1936 and ceased operations in June 2012.
