Its a sunny Friday morning; its payday and we have a massive company order for hot bacon sandwiches for everyone on the way.. A Good Start!

However happy airline news is a bit hard to come by at the moment with Aer Lingus announcing huge losses whilst being circled by the predatory RyanAir; the first private Chinese airline bankruptcy and even the cessation of flying by the innovative Private Jet operator, Jet Republic. so we’re looking for better news nearer to home and will be following closely the birth of a new regional airline from the North East of England called Excelsis Airways. Despite some un-informed adverse comment in trade and local media this "brave venture in uncertain times" is getting more real with the first press conference from the new, but very experienced, Management team.
