Individuals considering taking a Spice Jet flight to India to purchase property should carefully research any new acquisitions.
Paul Collins, editor at BuyAssociation, urged prospective buyers to ensure they keep up to date with the laws and regulations in the country they plan to purchase a home in.
However, those with flights to Delhi to look at property should be able to avoid any unforeseen difficulties as major changes in most countries are "signalled in advance".
Among the issues Mr Collins suggested property buyers should look out for are political and social situations.
"With good research and careful research a lot of these things can at least be prepared for and mitigated in advance," he stated.
According to BuyAssociation, Goa is the most popular destination for UK property buyers who want to own a home in India.
It noted that the dwellings here are the "opposite of the investment properties that are available in the cities" because there are more low-density developments utilising the natural beauty of the region.
