Sata International starts flights from the Azores to Stockholm
SATA International has operated the first flight between in main base in new Ponta Delgada and the capital of Sweden, Stockholm.
This new scheduled service will be flown once weekly with an Airbus A320 aircraft every Tuesdays during the spring of 2010 and the autumn.The first flight was operated on February 09th and will continue to run until 13 April. The scheduled flight will then be paused for the summer period recommencing on 5 October and continuing through to 30 November 2010.
Other Scandinavian services operated by SATA include Ponta Delgada to Copenhagen flying weekly from 11 February to 29 April and 7 October to 25 November.
Ponta Delgada to Oslo will fly weekly on Thursdays throughout the summer from 29 April to 7 October 2010. .
