Travellers considering booking flights to Moscow may be tempted to purchase tickets with Transaero after the carrier announced that it will operate Boeing 777s on the route in the future.
It is five years since the company began running a service between the two cities, but until this point only Boeing 767s were utilised.
With the new aircraft there will be four classes for flyers to choose from, with the most expensive option being Imperial, followed by business class.
"Passengers of the Imperial class take advantage of extra wide and comfortable seats easily transforming into a comfortable lie-flat bed, menu from the famous Moscow restaurant Pushkin, unique crystal and porcelain crockery," the company revealed.
The firm observed that despite the obvious luxury of the Imperial option, the cost of a ticket is still lower than those in business class for international carriers that need to stop over in Europe.
While in Moscow, holidaymakers hoping to enjoy only the finest cuisine the city has to offer may want to visit restaurants such as the five-star Baltshug Kempinski.
