Minsk Zoo celebrated its 27th anniversary over the weekend, providing visitors using Belavia cheap flights to Minsk with an array of entertainment.
The Zoo, which opened in 1984, is one of the key tourist attractions in the city of Minsk and one of the many reasons people book flights through Belavia.
Celebrations were held at the entrance of the animal sanctuary and included dancing, music and animal performances.
There were also a number of parkour street acrobatics groups showing their daredevil stunts.
On top of this the zoo organised a market of local craft, which included hand-made dolls, gifts and souvenirs.
A group of zoo representatives were also on hand to listen to the public's opinions on the animal sanctuary - including what could be done to improve the facility.
The zoo is home to more than 2,000 animals including cuckoos, salamanders, buffalo and flying dragons.
Belavia recently signed a code-sharing deal with Finnair, which is expected to boost the number of people booking cheap flights to Minsk.
