Mali Airlines (Compagnie Aerienne du Mali) is the scheduled airline that operates from its main hub in Bamako, Mali and operates domestic flights, regional services to ten neighbouring West African countries and one long haul flight to the French capital, Paris. Domestic flights operate between Bamako and Keyes, Mopti and Timbuktu as well as Timbuktu to Mopti. International destinations are Dakar-Senegal, Conakry-Guinea, Abijan-Ivory Coast, Accra-Ghana, Lome-Togo, Coyonou-Benin, Niamey-Niger, Douala-Cameroon, Libraville-Gabon, Brazaville-DR Congo, Paris-France and Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso.
It is possible to travel between many of these airports either direct or with a change of aircraft in Bamako. For passengers travelling from Europe, Paris is the focus city where flights are available to most destinations on Air Mail’s network via Bamako. There is one other direct flight connecting Paris and Cotonou.
