"Good news I have managed to get my passport and visa sorted all in one trip up to London last Thursday.
Luckily it was extremely easy, easier than i thought there were no queues at the passport office so i was seen and all my documents were correct that was a huge relief. I then went back an hour and a half later even though it takes 4 hours and it had already been done, so i was extremely happy as it meant that i had time to run over to the Vietnam embassy, when i arrived there they were extremely helpful and the whole process took less than five minutes, they are sending my visa in the post to me it should hopefully arrive tomorrow so i have got my fingers crossed!! I also had my vaccinations done i would say that this was the worst bit as i dont like needles very much it didn't hurt that much but i had a dead arm for 2days which wasn't so nice! I cant relax until i receive my passport and visa back. I am very excited now and nervous as it has come round so quick and not long til i go!"
