LASER (Línea Aérea de Servicio Ejecutivo Regional) is a regional airline carrier based in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. It operates scheduled and passenger charter services within Venezuela and the Caribbean, Miami and South America. The airline was established in 1993 and it's main base is Simón Bolívar International Airport, Caracas.

Baggage Policy

LASER Airline's has a different baggage policy for carry and checked baggage. For both International and Domestic flights the carry-on baggage requirements are the same. For Domestic and International flights, the checked baggage allowance varies.

Carry-on Baggage

Passengers flying on LASER Airlines are entitled to one item of carry-on baggage that must not exceed the weight of 8kg. This applies to both international and domestic flights.

Checked Baggage

Passengers flying domestically on LASER Airlines flights are entitled to one item of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 30kg.

Passengers flying Internationally on LASER Airlines flight are entitled to one item of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg.

Cabin Classes

Currently, LASER Airlines only has one type of seat in its cabin, which is economy. This provides an affordable flying option, whilst providing a comfortable flight experience.

Economy Class

Currently, the airline only has one type of seat in its cabin meaning there is only economy class on their flights. However, this provides a low-cost option for flying, all whilst enjoying your comfortable flight experience.

Check-In

LASER Airlines offers the option of either online or airport check-in. Online check-in is not available to all passengers depending on different factors.

Online Check-in

Passengers can check-in online between 48 hours to four hours before the established departure time. To complete web check-in, passengers should prepare the e-ticket and travel documents details. Passengers who require assistance at the airport, under the age of 12 or travelling in a group of more than eight must check-in at the airport. Web check-in isn't available for the passengers mentioned above.

Airport Check-in

Passengers should arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before the scheduled departure time. Once arrived at the airport, passengers should locate the airline check-in area and familiarise themselves with the airport layout, so you know where airport security is once you've checked-in. Anyone passenger who's late for check-in may be denied boarding.

Frequent Flyer Programme

LASER Airlines Frequent Flyer Club is called 'LASER Club'.

LASER Club

The club enables the passenger to accumulate and redeem miles on each flight travelled with LASER Airlines. It makes a commitment to partner organisations with a goal to reward customers loyalty and repeat business.

Passengers who register for free get immediate access to the green category, and as they travel, they can accumulate miles to advance to the Silver, Gold and Black categories.
