From March 27, 2011, Philippine Airlines will launch a new service flying six times a week from their home base in Manila to Delhi, the capital of India. Three flights will be direct with the remaining three flying via Bangkok.
At the same time Philippine Airlines is increasing its Australian services to seven times a week from both Sydney and Melbourne to Manila.
As of 9 September 2010, the airline (along with all airlines certified by the authorities in the Republic of the Philippines) is prohibited from operating within the European Union.http://ec.europa.eu/transport/air-ban/list_en.htm
