

People planning a gap year could think about taking a Viking Hellas flight to Greece if they want a destination that is fun and varied.
Sofia Panagiotaki, director at the Greek National Tourism Organisation, said that whether holidaymakers want scuba diving or country walks, snowboarding or simple swimming, Greece can fit the bill.
"Variety is Greece's comparative advantage, making it such a popular destination for gap year travellers," she commented.
Ms Panagiotaki particularly recommended going on the wine trail in the European country, sampling locally-produced varieties and enjoying the history behind the tipples.
However, she pointed out that Mount Olympus is becoming increasingly popular to visit for gap year travellers heading from Athens to Thessaloniki.
Mount Olympus is the highest mountain in the country and reaches 2,917 metres above sea level at its highest point.
