Expanding low fare East African airline Fly540 has launched a six time weekly service from January 24 on the Tanzania domestic route between Dar es Salaam and Mwanza.

Fly540, the Kenya-based airline will fly the new route daily on weekdays, and Sundays with no flights on Saturdays.
Fly540 will initially use a Fokker 28 aircraft but have plans to upgrade to a CRJ100 later this year.. Fly540 currently flies to Tanzanian destinations such as Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar, Seronera, Grumeti and Manyara plus international destinations include Entebbe, Bujumbura and Nairobi.
