Travellers looking for somewhere to host a major celebration may be interested to hear that multi-millionaire financier Nat Rothschild will be celebrating his 40th in Montenegro.
The decision is a boon for Montenegro and could encourage people to book flights to Podgorica, as the celebrity spotlight is shone on the country's many delights.
Mr Rothschild is reportedly spending £1 million on the birthday bash, reports the Independent.
Commenting on the impending celebration, Colin Kingsmill, sales and marketing officer for Porto Montenegro, said that the "ritziest, wealthiest, and most photogenic people on earth" have been invited to the shindig.
Montenegro Airlines is likely to be inundated with bookings this summer - and not just from Mr Rothschild's party guests.
The International Summer Carnival of Kotor is expected to attract 30,000 people when it kicks off on August 1st.
Lasting for six days, the event is one of the biggest draws for people with flights to Podgorica.
