Passengers receive a carry-on allowance of two pieces with a total weight of no more than 8kg. The total dimensions must not exceed 120cm (47") or 55cm x 40cm x 25cm.

These carry-on items can be personal items as long as it doesn't contain any prohibited items including any fluid exceeding 100ml.

Any items carried onboard must fit within the carry-on baggage allowance or it must be transported as checked baggage.

Checked baggage allowance varies depending on the fare type they purchased.

EZ FLEX passengers are entitled to one piece of 25kg checked baggage.

EZ NIS passengers are entitled to one piece of 20kg checked baggage.

EZ PAY passengers can buy checked baggage with a fee.

All checked baggage must fit within 158cm (62") in the sum of three dimensions.

Online check-in isn't available on the airline website.

Passengers must check-in at the airport.

Passengers must check-in before the airline check-in deadline. Passengers should report to the airline check-in counters directly as soon as they arrive at the airport. The check-in area for Eznis Airways will be indicated on the departure information board.

At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers to arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time to give them sufficient time to check-in.

Passengers under the age of 2 (23 months or younger) are considered infants and will be classified as children once they reach their 2nd birthday.

Passengers aged 2 to 11 years (24-143 months) are classified as children, and they will be considered adults when they celebrate their 12th birthday.

Please note that Eznis Airways cannot accommodate infants who are under 14 days old, even if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
