A bright but cold morning welcomes in April and the office has an end of term feel about it as we prepare for the Easter break (we don't actually close but the management team get a four day rest whilst the hard working call centre team continue to keep our customers happy). Its been a very good March with higher than expected passenger bookings, some exciting new airline launches and one - looking back - predictable airline closure. Our home market has suffered with the labour troubles at BA and the decline in the purchasing power of the pound, plus we've had a coupled of technical hiccups over the last few days which have meant customers experiencing difficulties in clearing their credit cards through our system (apologies to all who were affected) - BUT DESPITE ALL THAT IT BEENS A GOOD MONTH !

Part of the end of term feeling comes from people leaving and joining- we're saying good bye to Kerry who is off to do some more academic study and hello to Katerina and Stephanie who arrive here on Tuesday 06th April, plus the long serving Kevin is moving into a new role adding his vast experience to the team dedictated to helping Alternative Airline customers.
