Yesterday we have a terrific meeting with the lovely Ning Li of the mighty China Eastern Airlines.
Ning is based here in London but China Eastern have their HQ in the (very!) dynamic city, Shanghai. Recently the airline announced that they will re start flights to London Heathrow from Shanghai with the first flight on 28th March 2010, so we were very privileged to receive a visit from Ning, as she is very busy in the run up to the start of direct flights. As well as having some extrad-ordinarily good fares on the domestic routes, and China Eastern have an enormous network throughout China, we now have great fares from London to China and beyond including good connections and fares through to Sydney and Melbourne. Whilst the fares are good, it also became clear that the China Eastern flights offer a charming way to fly and we are looking forward to some great feedback from our passengers who try this remarkable airline.
