Shanghai Airlines has completed its merger with China Eastern Airlines.
Prior to the merger, China Eastern and Shanghai airlines were close competitors at Shanghai Airport. However, The merger plan was originally announced in July 2009 and Shanghai Airlines will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines but will retained its sepatate brand. T.
