Music fans with Avianca flights booked for September may want to spend some time in Bogota enjoying the offerings of the Festival Jazz Al Parque, which runs from September 9th to 11th.
Held at the Parque de los Novios in Colombia's capital, the event will feature a mixture of top Colombian and international acts.
Last year, it attracted more than 25,000 jazz enthusiasts, with artists such as Brazil's Hermeto Pascoal and Mike Stern from the US turning up to play.
The festival was first held in 1996 and since then, the popular attraction has been put on annually.

Bogota is set to host Ajazzgo on June 14th at the Teatro Municipal Jorge Eliecer Gaitan, which will feature performances by foreign artists such as Cuba's Bobby Carcases and Spain's Diego El Cigala.
