EC Airline Black List - latest update

Here in its entirety is the new EC Airline Blacklist. Important to note is that Garuda Indonesia is now permitted to fly in the EC and will start to do so in 2010.

There is a new blanket ban on all Zambian carriers (a bit harsh perhaps on the new Zambezi Airlines as this is a Government oversight problem, not an individual airline failing). Similary all Kazakhstan airlines get banned except the part British owned, Air Astana and finally Ukrainian Mediterranean Airlines and Iran’s Mahan Air get individual bans, I think for the first time.

Yemenia, who have recently suffered a tragic accident, are not included on the list and can keep flying into Europe.
