Charter broking doesn't change ..

Years before we started focusing on providing access to the best range of scheduled service and low cost airlines bookable anywhere on the web, this organisation was a global charter broker and yesterday I ventured down memory lane to discover that, whilst the airline business has changed completely over the last ten years, the basic "person to person" skills of the charter broker remain the same. Visiting an ex colleague now running his very successful charter air brokerage  was another glimpse into a part of the airline world which isn't often seen from our current standpoint. It was great to learn of the success of other ex colleagues in this competitive business and also to gain some insight into how a couple of bits of business where we do cross paths have come about.

Today its back to todays problems and opportunities, but yesterday was enjoyable, thank you to everyone at Ford Aviation who provided the warm welcome and the hot coffee...
