ABBA - "anything but BA"

The proposed Christmas strike by BA cabin staff will certainly damage the airline and the detailed plans to minimise disruption being put in place by BA will no doubt be effective in limiting the damage to passengers actual travel plans but perhaps more serious damage will be done to the BA brand if the acronym "ABBA - anything but BA " -catches on. Alternative Airlines has always championed smaller airlines and our mission is to get more people to try the lesser known carriers but equally we understand that the mainline carriers are necessary to get passngers efficiently to the airports from which our alternative airlines operate. For our UK originating passengers BA is a crucial  part of the world wide network of routings and whilst "ABBA" may seem an appropriate slogan for those who are facing disruption and cancellation of their Christmas travel plans ,it shouldn't become a golden rule for a future choice of airline.
