The bridge will be 592 m long and it was inaugurated on Monday (May 23rd) by Congress Party leader Sonia Gandhi.
Defence minister AK Antony said: "The development of infrastructure will ensure accelerated economic progress not only for state of Jammu and Kashmir, but also our nation."
