Philippines Airlines may be interested to hear the government's latest proposed travel reforms.

The coalition has announced it intends to introduce a series of changes that will see the Air Travel Organisers' Licensing (ATOL) scheme overhauled.
A consultation is due to be undertaken in spring and will involve discussions regarding plans to see trips that consist of a flight and other elements purchased around the same time included under the protection policy.
If passed, this move will see an additional six million vacations covered by the scheme.
Aviation minister Theresa Villiers said: "These changes will remove much of the confusion surrounding ATOL, while ensuring operators who offer such holidays provide customers with the financial protection they expect."
Responding to the announcement, ABTA - The Travel Association's chief executive Mark Tanzer commented that important issues such as pricing and enforcement need to be thoroughly addressed.
