AnadoluJet announces plans to launch Ankara-Damascus

AnadoluJet, the expanding subsidiary of Turkish Airlines (THY), has announced that it is launching direct flights between its base in Ankara and Damascus, the Syrian capital. The flights are due to commence on March 4th 2010 and will become the second international destination flown by AndaluJet.

Currently AndaluJet operates from Istanbul to Ercan International Airport IN THE Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC) as well as 27 domestic airports within Turket.. AnadoluJet will fly the new twice weekly scheduled service between Ankara and Damascus on Thursdays and Sundays.
