Air Volga to start operations

AirVolga, previously Volga AviaExpress, based in Volgograd, Russia has acquired two CRJ200 LR aircraft. AirVolga has stated that the CRJ200 LR aircraft acquisition is part of a strategy to modernize its fleet, and that they may acquire additional previously owned Bombardier 50-seat regional jets.

From AirVolga’s hub at Volgograd International Airport, the CRJ200 LR aircraft will initially fly within Russia, and to Armenia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
