Air Vanuatu has announced the resumption of nonstop flights between the Australian city of Melbourne to Port Vila commencing June 24th 2010. The airline stopped flying the route temporarily on the route on February 8 when it added an additional service via Brisbane in its place. Air Vanuatu had been operating a triangular service which operated Sydney-Melbourne-Port Vila, and the new weekly non-stop flights will be very competitively priced according to the airliine.
