About Aigle Azur
Aigle Azur was a French airline based in Tremblay-en-France, France, near Paris.
The airline operated domestic scheduled passenger services and international services to Algeria, Mali, Portugal, China, Senegal and France. It also operated charter, cargo and wet lease services.
Aigle Azur was accredited with IATA with the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) for its safety practices.
Aigle Azur was taken over by the GoFast Group in 2001 and signed a strategic alliance with Hainan Airlines in 2012. Aigle Azur's fleet consisted of A319 and A320. Aigle Azur only offered mainly a one class service, however on their A320's they had a 'business class' service. This service boasted extra legroom and bigger seats.

Aigle Azur offered business class on various flights to Algeria from Paris to Algiers, Annaba, Bejaia, Oran, from Lyons to Algiers and Oran from Marseilles to Algiers, Annaba ad Oran.

Aigle Azur opens Orly up to Kiev Boryspil
Aigle Azur launched flights between Paris Orly and Kiev Boryspil, in Ukraine, on 18th April (2019). The carrier will serve the European capital connection three times weekly.
