Wizz Air is a Central European low cost carrier based in Vacses in Hungary and operates to over 50 European destinations from it’s 10 bases in Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania and the Ukraine.

Wizz Air was established in 2004 and has grown rapidly. It operates flights from main and regional airports in the UK to Katowice, Warsaw, Poznan, Wroclaw, Bourgas, Bucharest, Zagreb, Gdansk, Sofia, Timisoara and Cluj-Napola. It’s destinctive aircraft can be seen at nine UK airports plus Cork in Ireland. Its low cost pricing policy means that it is best to book early to get the best fares and flights are always full at peak travel times.

Wizz Air has a very young fleet of 19 matched 180 seat Airbus A320 aircraft which are easily identifiable in their dramatic pink and purple livery. Orders are in place for a further 80 airctaft.
