These include Abidjan, Accra, Cairo, Kano, Lagos, Sahmel Sheik and Niamry. Abu Dhabi, Amman, Damman, Doha, Dubai, Istanbul, Jeddah, Kuwait City and Riyadh plus Rome, Paris, Nice, Milan, London, Larnaca, Geneva, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf and Athens.
